Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You can return any items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange an item for a different product, we’ll be happy to assist you. Simply follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and it’s inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping costs (unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error) are non-refundable.
